Health Screenings with It Starts With Me
Complete a screening at an on-site clinic through It Starts With Me (ISWM) or a Montana Health Center located in Helena, Missoula, Anaconda, Butte, and Billings. You will need a company code to register for the on-site clinics. The code will come from your City/Town about four weeks prior to the screening date. Those who are screening at a clinic can make an appointment for a time in July – September. Check for updated schedule dates and other information on the website, www.getwellthymt.com.

The EAP is available to all members of the medical plan, and their household members, whether or not they are on the plan. Benefits includes 6 free visits, per issue, per household member, per year. New Parents: Enroll your baby in the health plan -- a family has 31 days after the birth of their child to add a new member to the plan. Fill out the individual enrollment form and have your human resources contact submit your completed form.
