SIMPLE TABATA WORKOUT WITH COACHES KELLY AND RICHEL
Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, with interval exercises. Each exercise in the workout last 4 minutes, with a pattern of moving with high intensity for 20 seconds, and then resting for 10 seconds. The coaches show you modifications for each exercise so you can match it with your fitness level. High intensity interval training has been shown to have more impact on both the aerobic and anaerobic systems than moderate exercise.
